The master plan layout, design, permitting, landscaping, and civil design for the 5.0 acre site on rifle range road, Town of Mt. Pleasant, SC was coordinated by Seamon Whiteside and Associates.


The site, located directly across the street from the entrance to Hamlin Plantation offers a unique opportunity to create Work Force Housing in the Town of Mount Pleasant in a sustainable community. The infill community offers all of elements to facilitate smart growth and green building.


The Harmony Way PD, approved by the Town of Mount Pleasant. is the first residential area to have a PD apporved with Form Based Code Zoning.
